Connectivity Incentive Challenge!

Star West Satellite is pleased to announce Adam Brock, Salin Ortiz, David Madrigal, Lewis White, Christopher Doyle, Brent Whitney, and Robert Day as winners in the March Phone Line Connectivity Challenge!! 

In order to become one of the best RSP’s, we need to continue our focus on helping improve efforts to increase our phone line connectivity numbers.  Therefore, we are continuing the challenge for the month of April.  We have made some changes to the rules of the incentive plan and they are outlined below:

  • Star West needs all technicians to strive for 100% phone line or Ethernet connectivity at each and every installation.
  • At the end of each week, we will take the names of all technicians who have achieved 40% and above and break them into three categories.

  • Category 1:  Anyone who ranks between 55% and 60% during a week will be put into a drawing for a $25 gift card.

  • Category 2:  Anyone who ranks between 61% and 71% during a week will be put into a drawing for a $50 gift card.

  • Category 3:  Anyone who ranks between 72% and 100% during a week will be put into a drawing for a $75 gift card.
  • We also want to reward the technicians in each category with the highest percentage that also has the most opportunities in their category to connect phone lines or Ethernet during the 4-week time frame. 

  • The technician in category 1 will receive a $50 gift card.

  • The technician in category 2 will receive a $100 gift card.

  • The technician in category 3 will receive a $150 gift card.

  • And yes… the same technician that receives this gift card can also be drawn for their category’s gift card.
  • We will also be giving a $20 gift card to the technician who’s “most improved” for the month of April (only technicians that reach the 40% goal or above are eligible).
  • The drawings will be held on the last Friday of the month.  At that time, the winners will be announced and also recognized on our website and in our newsletter.

 

*Scores will be taken from Dish Network’s weekly Connectivity report that is sent out every Wednesday for the previous work-week.
